Your order can only be cancelled or amended within 12 hours after being placed. Beyond that time the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled or amended. You will still be liable to pay for the item (excluding delivery unless it has been dispatched). Please keep in mind before placing your orders.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please CALL US within 12 hours of placing your order, as after this time your order would have been locked for processing. We’ll confirm once the cancellation has been processed.

ALL PERSONALISED ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR PRIOR TO WORK BEING CARRIED OUT AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please CONTACT US prior to placing the order if you are unsure of anything.

Please inspect your order upon reception and CONTACT US immediately if you have any concerns, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund items due to hygiene concerns and the fact that our products are made to order and customised, unless the item you received has a severe flaw. This is the case when the item is significantly dis-similar to the description or sample provided to you.

If an item is not personalised and needs to be returned, it must be in its original packaging and must not have been used. Any signs of use, mis-use or not in the original state will not be accepted for return or refund.

If there is a fault with your item, we may choose to replace the item or offer a refund within a fair time frame.

To begin the Returns process, please EMAIL US in the first instance. Please give the following details

  • Your name and address (must be same as order details)
  • The order number
  • Reasons for return
  • A video’s or photograph’s of the defective product
  • Phone number for contact 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If the product does not fulfil all of our return conditions, no refund will be provided, and you will be advised via email. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for anything purchased during a sale or promotion. You will be responsible for your own shipping fees when returning your goods.

Please keep in mind that our products are made-to-order and manufactured in response to market demand, therefore they are not always in stock. Also, due to the lighting during photo shoots or the monitor’s display, promotional photographs may differ somewhat in colour from the actual item. As a result, please allow for variations between advertised photographs and the actual item you received.
